Dr. Jose Manuel Limon graduated with honors from Life Chiropractic College West in 2010, holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Sonoma State University and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001.  Dr. Limon is proficient in many Chiropractic techniques including Activator Methods and specializes in conditions of the feet. His strong massage background complements well with his knowledge of Chiropractic and allows him to provide integrated therapeutic rehabilitation to his patients.

Dr. Limon's awareness and understanding of Holistic Medicine began early on in life. Holistic Medicine was well represented in his family traditions which have been passed down for many generations. While growing up he had an abundant family garden which included numerous medicinal plants and herbs that were used for cooking, herbal teas, or which could be made into pastes for addressing common ailments and discomforts.  As a young child Dr. Limon also learned how to massage sore, achy and painful muscles from his mother, a tradition in his family that is passed on to very few family members.  His early up-bringing and experience with herbal remedies and massage fueled his interest and passion for Holistic Medicine.

Dr. Limon was involved in an automobile accident in 1995 which required him to be under Chiropractic Care. Following this experience and remarkable treatment, Dr. Limon realized Chiropractic was his calling in life and connection to help people live a natural healthy lifestyle.  Dr. Limon believes Holistic Medicine and Chiropractic Care are a lifestyle that should be practiced regularly.  

During his free time Dr. Limon enjoys hiking and biking throughout the Bay Area with his wife.
